The type and origin of the insulating material

The type of our Nano Insulation
Nano Insulation is known as Liquid Ceramic Heat Insulation (LCHI). The colour of the material is basically white, and its consistency is liquid.  Like this it most resembles a dense paint but it is not a (simple) paint. Due to its consistency the application is faster, simpler and more cost-effective than any conventional insulation materials.

The origin of the Nano Insulation
LCHI insulating material was originally developed for space technology and military purposes during the 1970s and 80s - applied for insulation of space vehicles, military machines as well as ships, submarines and tanks. Later it got to the public use also and proved to be an easy-to-use, high quality insulating material. Due to technological developments and innovations the Nano Insulation material improved also with the time and our company is keen on keeping up with these changes.

The composition and operation of Nano Insulation

The composition of Nano Insulation 
The nanotechnological production process and the exact material composition are protected with several kinds of patents. The material itself is ecologically clean, it does not contain or is below limit regarding harmful or poisonous components.

Ceramic component

The essence is the presence of vacuum-filled microscopic hollow glass-ceramic balls. During the production process plastic balls filled with gas are also fed into the system. For better distribution, balls of different proportions are used with diameters ranging between 1-10um and 10-100um. For adhesion and flexibility, the product also contains a binding material.

Additives

To improve the property of the heat insulting coat layer different additives are mixed to the binding material - also improving heat reflection, flexibility,  vapour permeability and stabilizing the mixture.  In order to reach best heat reflection and flexibility, nano-size TiO2 and nano-size solid plastic balls are added.
