Unbeatable Quality

HEAT REFLECTION IS 60-70%

The superior heat reflection capacity of Nano Insulation is due to the vacuum-filled ceramic balls. The distribution of these balls as well as the binding material and the additives (filling material) significantly reduce the heat conductive capacity of the Nano Insulation compared to materials of the same density.

Generally Nano Insulation can perform the following heat insulation efficiency:
1 x 0.5 mm layer         30-35% efficiency
2 x 0.5 mm layer         45-50% efficiency
4 x 0.5 mm layer         65-70% efficiency

Heat insulating

​

Nano Insulation is a capillary-porous body differing from the conventional heat insulating materials regarding the space between the porous particles.

The porosity in the ceramic balls significantly reduces the convective component of heat transfer. In addition due to the high-degree of heat reflection of the ceramic balls the radiant heat transfer component is much lower than in the case of conventional heat insulating materials.

With Nano Insulation the effective heat conduction is very low.

SIMPLE, FAST AND COST EFFECTIVE

Using an airless sprayer some 40 - 80 m2 / hour can be coated. 

One of the greatest advantages of the Nano Insulation is the application.

Before application the surface has  to be cleaned and  any possibly separating parts have to be removed. 

After this the insulation coat can  be applied directly onto the dry surface.

Depending on the project  masking or covering of windows etc. can be necessary. However, no auxiliary material is needed  (e.g. mesh, grid, glue, guide, etc.).

The  application is executed with airless sprayer  (e.g. Graco UltraMax) which makes the work fast and precise and results in an even surface.

With the 2 spraying heads two persons can work with the equipment at the same time.  

COLOURABLE

The Nano Insulation can be coloured with any acrylic-based paint. However, we can also offer factory-made colours.

Nano Insulation is a non-combustible material. Carbonization temperature is 500°C ,  decomposition temperature is 840°C. At this temperature, carbon-dioxide and nitrogen-oxide are released hindering any further spread of fire.  For special field of use we can offer our ant-fire and anti-fire wood agents.

NOISE INSULATION

Depending on the surface the material reduces noise level by 2dB.

WATER TIGHT

The water absorbing capacity of Nano Insulation is 0.003g/m2 and is completely water-tight in case a 2mm layer is applied.

WAPOR PERMEABILITY

The water permeability of Nano Insulation is 0.0014 mg/(m*hour*Pa) (0.2Sd vapour permeable), 40g/m2/day, preventing the development of mold and hinders any steaming-up on the surface. For special demands ask for our anti-moisturing agent for  prevention or treatment in affected areas. 

ANTI-CORROSIVE

Nano Insulation protects from corrosion. For special cases we can offer special anti-corrosive agent. 

NON-COMBUSTIBLE

ENVIROMENT-FRIENDLY

Does not contain harmful or poisonous components.

DURABLE

Its service life exceeds 30 years, with a 20-year post-application guarantee.
